                William E. Reed Auditorium Function Manager

 

The Prince Hall Grand Lodge Board of Directors seeks qualified candidates for the position of Function Manager. This a part-time position with a start date of 15 February, 2022.

The Function Manager will report to the Chairman of the Board of Directors

Job Overview:

The Function Manager will manage the calendar of events for the Reed Auditorium and will oversee the logistics of preparing for and executing calendared events.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Schedule all events for the Reed Auditorium and keep an accurate calendar of such.

  • Secure/maintain all licensing needed for events.

  • Be present at all scheduled events.

  • Coordinate all cleaning and setup associated with scheduled events.

  • Inventory and ordering of necessary supplies.

  • Able to maintain office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm – 8pm.

  • Prepare and submit event an event summary and balance sheet for following each event.

  • Supervision of event staff

  • Flexible and able to make necessary adjustments in real-time
